NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, peer-led education course offered by NAMI Fairbanks, an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. This nationally recognized program is designed for family members, partners, and caregivers of adults living with mental health conditions.
Led by trained family members who have lived experience, Family-to-Family creates a welcoming, supportive space to learn, connect, and grow alongside others who understand the challenges—and the hope—of loving someone with a mental health condition.

This class is for parents, spouses, siblings, adult children, and close supporters of adults experiencing mental health challenges. You do not need any prior experience or knowledge—just a willingness to learn and connect.
This class is free for participants, and our trained class leaders are looking forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on this journey.
