Plan to arrive by 6pm for the best chances to bid before the tables start closing! Table closing times will be announced.

Winning Bids will be verified by the NAMI team
At each table closing, the Bid Closers will verify the winning bidders. They will collect the winning bid sheets (white and yellow copies) and bring them to the cashiers.
Bidders find out if you have the winning bid
The pink copy of the bid sheets will remain at the table with their items. The winning bidder number and amount will be written at the bottom of the bid sheet. DO NOT REMOVE THE PINK BID SHEET FROM TABLE.
Winning bidders See cashiers to pay for your items
You will receive the yellow copy of the bid sheet as your receipt for payment of your items. The cashiers will keep the white copy.
