NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

Living with a mental health condition can sometimes feel isolating. Connecting with others who have had similar experiences can offer encouragement, understanding, and practical support.

NAMI Connection Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental health conditions. It provides a welcoming and confidential space to talk about challenges, share experiences, and learn from others who understand what it is like to navigate mental health and recovery.

The group is led by trained facilitators who have their own lived experience with mental health conditions.

What to Expect

Each meeting offers an opportunity to:

  • Connect with others who understand from personal experience
  • Share challenges, successes, and helpful strategies
  • Learn from the experiences of other group members
  • Find encouragement and support without judgment
  • Build hope and confidence in your own recovery

You do not need a referral, NAMI membership, or a specific diagnosis to attend. There is no cost to participate.

You are welcome to join the conversation, ask questions, or simply listen until you feel comfortable participating.
